The first step is to contact our doula care service providers, Sanctuary Doulas + Family Care, to learn about their services and gift cards. Those who are good candidates for The Abundance Project's sponsorships will be directed to apply.

We accept The Abundance Project Sponsorship Application from pregnant and postpartum people who are current Medicaid receipts and also provide a copy of their Medicaid card with their application. We offer our partial financial sponsorships to the Medicaid population of pregnant and postpartum people and especially hope to reach single mothers, as well as those of diverse, underserved races and ethnicities. 

 

We believe that our abundance is to be shared with others! Birth and postpartum doula care is health care, not a luxury.

 

When an application is accepted, the pregnant or postpartum person pays their chosen financial contribution toward their care. We also encourage every person who applies to invite extended family and friends to give the gift of doula care with Sanctuary Doulas gift cards. The Abundance Project sponsorships are available to people on a first come, first serve basis from many generous donations from folks all over our community and beyond.
